Built 1868–1872 to plans by Schwerin's Georg Daniel, the manor combines North Italian villa architecture with Prussian historicism. 99 rooms spread across 2,278 m².

Sky-blue stucco, gilded mirrors, crystal chandeliers – the 156 m² ballroom with 6.80 m ceiling height is the centrepiece of the manor. For over 150 years, the stage for grand celebrations, concerts and unforgettable weddings.
