The Festival

MittsommerRemise 2026

The MittsommerRemise opens around 70 historic manor houses in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern every year at the summer solstice. In Vorpommern the festival takes place on Sunday.

Schloss Gültz participates in 2026: Sat 20 & Sun 21 June 2026. Tours of the manor and Lenné Park, conversations with the owners, food and drink on the terrace.

Programme

Manor house tours

Hourly, approx. 50 min. Mirror Hall (156 m²), vestibule, library, salon, reading room. Glimpse of ongoing restoration.

Lenné Park

15-hectare English landscape park: magnolia, old trees, historic ice cellar, pond. Evening atmosphere with torches.

History & Documents

Short talks on the von Maltzahn family and the estate since 1484. Original documents and historic aerial photographs.

Food & Close

Regional food and drink on the terrace. Coffee in the winter garden. Close with wine in the Lenné Park.
